Do I need to clean or wash the floor before your crew arrives?

No, there is no need to clean the floor prior to our arrival. Please do not wash the floor in the weeks preceding the installation since you may be entrapping moisture in the concrete that can affect the installation.

Will you move all my belongings from the garage/room prior to starting the installation?

The customer is responsible for ensuring all the items are removed from the area to be coated before our arrival. We offer to move items for you when necessary for an additional charge. However, we cannot move items back into the garage/ room after the installation is completed.

How long does the installation take?

Most installations can be completed in one day.

You can walk on your new floor after 24 hours and drive over it after 2 days.

Is the floor going to be slippery when wet?

Our topcoats are not considered slippery by most customers. If you are concerned with the floor being too slippery, we can add anti-slip aggregates in the topcoat. We recommend you keep your floor as clean as possible to get the most out of the system's life.

All you need to clean your floor is water and a soft squeegee. If greasy substances are spilled on the floor typically they can be removed with mild detergents. Any chemical spill should be cleaned promptly in order to avoid staining. Ask us about our cleaning and maintenance products if you want to maintain the beauty and extend the life of your new floor.
